As a mixed methods researcher, my work has evolved over the years, but it has been consistently focused on speaking with individuals 1:1, small focus groups, field observations, surveys, audits, and document analyses. This framework is evident in brand awareness and perception, internal communications, and market analysis research projects I've led.
