I welcome opportunities to engage with students and faculty. I am available for guest lecturing in organizational design, strategic communication, and leadership courses, offering practitioner insights into the application of Systems Theory and Organizational Behavior. I also serve on academic committees and seek opportunities for university-level service.
Applying Real-World Strategy to the Classroom
My research agenda focuses on culture dynamics, ethical leadership, and relational capacity. I am actively seeking partners for collaborative research projects, including survey design, data analysis, and publication, to advance knowledge in these areas.
Partnering on Organizational Inquiry
Leveraging my two decades of experience, I design and lead structured, evidence-based workshops for executive teams and organizational leaders. These focus on developing critical skills in change communication, employee engagement, onboarding, and ethical leadership for sustainable organizational performance.
