I welcome opportunities to engage with students and faculty. I am available for guest lecturing in organizational behavior, strategic communication, and leadership courses, offering practitioner insights into the application of systems theory and phenomenological research. I also serve on academic committees and seek opportunities for university-level service.
Applying Real-World Strategy to the Classroom
My research agenda focuses on the intersection of employee engagement, organizational culture, internal communications, and brand. I am actively seeking partners for collaborative research projects, including qualitative research, data analysis, and publication, to advance knowledge in these areas.

Leveraging my two decades of experience, I design and lead structured, evidence-based workshops for executive teams and leaders. These focus on developing critical skills in organizational change, employee engagement, onboarding, and internal communication for sustainable performance and culture.
